As a family operated company here in Vernon BC our job does not end with insurance. Almost all of our insurance brokers are active members of our community. We love giving back! Baron Insurance supports many different organizations and businesses here in Vernon, a select few include; NONA, The Hospice Society, Kala Star Academic and Outdoor School, and many, many more! Being involved with our community allows us to communicate and get to know our customer better.

When you give us feedback…

We listen and take initiative. Whether you are a new customer, filing a claim, or are coming in for your renewal we pay attention to everyone’s feedback. Of course it is nice to hear wonderful comments on how well our staff has helped you. However, if you had a bad experience, don’t hesitate to tell us! We take your feedback very seriously as it is what makes us grow and become a better agency. We want to know what matters most about our customers and their insurance experience.

Being an independent insurance company means that we don’t work for one insurance brokerage, but we represent many! This means that when you buy insurance from us we listen to your needs and find you the best policy with the correct insurance company that fits those needs.
