We can probably all agree that we have a morning routine that works for you and you are able to normally squeeze in time for breakfast. Adding berries is similarly a healthy choice.
Eggs are filled with protein and contain all the essential amino acids. They are also proven to help with brain development and memory. Try investing in a microwave container that you put eggs in for 2 minutes and they come out perfectly scrambled. Or hard boil a carton of eggs on Sunday and everyday just peel a few. Trust us, you will feel full longer!
4. Greek Yogurt:
This tangy, creamy yogurt is loaded with calcium and protein the keep you feeling full. Choose a non-fat, plain option and add fruit to give it some sweetness and flavor. You can even take it with you on your way out the door!
